Real Estate Demo v2.0

List of changes to Real Estate Demo:
- Images are now stored in the file system instead of the database (resulting in faster load times)
- Blog and News Releases added (with tags for both)
- Listings now have a status of ‘Inactive’ which will keep them in the system, but they won’t be displayed to users that browse the site
- CMS has been simplified to now use RedCloth for formatting
- CMS is controlled in admin section rather that on front-end
- Added ‘Preview’ function for CMS pages
- Full caching of front-end with smart expiration of pages (rather than full expiration)
- MLS Import function now uses Navica (as a plugin)
- Upgrade app to Rails 2.0 (increase in speed)
